Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing. The main purpose of this role is to assist our luxury landscaping business with managing and executing our social media channels, creating engaging content, and building brand awareness.
We have built up an authentic large following on Instagram, & we would like this to continue to grow steadily with engaging content.
We currently use SEO’s and this is something that we’d like to continue doing in the future so any experience in these areas is preferred.
A competent user of Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest and social media scheduling software along with any experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) is preferred. You should have excellent written and spoken English skills and be happy to work within a small hardworking energetic team.
Duties
- Regularly visit sites to obtain content, this will be from start to finish of each project. Taking a mixture of photos & videos.
- Plan and schedule posts, ensuring a mix of engaging and varied content that resonates with our target audiences.
- Create a content calendar, scheduling posts which are approved by management.
- Work with our key suppliers to help build on existing relationships, working on mutual content.
- Monitor and interact with our audience, responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Research new content ideas and potential collaborations with key suppliers.
- Utilise SEO best practices to optimise website content and improve search engine rankings. (Desirable)
- Oversee content management across various platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
- Analyse campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, and technology to ensure innovative approaches.
Experience
- Experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media marketing and content management.
- Experience with design tools, particularly Adobe Creative Suite.
- An understanding of SEO principles and content marketing strategies.
- Experience with Squarespace for website management is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a small team in a fast-paced environment.
- Full Driving License required
