Trusted Hands Care Group is currently looking for dedicated senior support worker to join our friendly established team at Mereside Residential Home.
We are looking for:

. Mentoring new and existing staff
· NVQ / QCF level 3 in social care or equivalent ( or commitment to achieve).
· Lead the staff team in the absence of the management team.
· Be a part of the on-call system to give advice or support.
· Liaison with outside professionals, families, or visitors in the absence of the management team.
