Working with a wide range of hotels across the country, we offer an outsourced solution to their monthly management reporting requirements. Our paperless approach enables us to work with hotels anywhere in the UK, from large groups to independent hotels.

Duties & Responsibilities
Joining the Hospitality Accounts team, you will be responsible for producing end of month Management Accounts for a group of hotels. This will include:
- Processing sales ledgers
- Reconciling accounts using Xero
- Processing supplier invoices
- Chasing outstanding invoices with hotels & suppliers
- Reconciling payments.
- Communicating with hotels and suppliers via email & telephone
- Accruals and prepayments schedules
- Production of end of month accounts
Knowledge & Experience
Our ideal candidate will have experience with bookkeeping activities and purchase/sales ledgers with excellent attention to detail to ensure records are correct.
- AAT level 3 Diploma
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
- Competent use of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication both in wring and orally
- Xero experience preferred but not essential
