Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the food and beverage operations, including restaurant, bar, kitchen and banquet services
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings that meet customer expectations
- Develop and implement menus, ensuring variety and creativity in food selection
- Manage inventory and ordering of food and beverage supplies
- Train and supervise staff in food preparation, service, and safety procedures
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of events and services
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of bartending, culinary, and kitchen operations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Knowledge of hotel or restaurant operations is highly desirable
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: £38,500.00 per year
