Tezlom are currently recruiting for an experienced Registered Care Manager to take the lead in launching and growing a brand-new homecare and domiciliary care branch in Basingstoke / Winchester / Eastleigh

About the Role
As the Registered Care Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management and development of the new branch. You will initially work closely with the wider organisation to establish the service before building your own in-house team, including Care Coordinators, Supervisors and Care Assistants.
The role will involve:
- Taking overall responsibility for the new branch
- Working towards and maintaining CQC registration and compliance
- Recruiting, developing and managing your own team
- Building relationships with clients, families and professionals
- Networking within the local community
- Supporting business development and marketing activity
- Growing the branch and increasing care hours
- Ensuring consistently high standards of person-centred care
- Supporting with care delivery when required during the early stages
- Working closely with the wider franchise network and senior management team
This is a Monday–Friday position, offering an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of a new service and see the direct impact of their work.

About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least 1 year of healthcare management experience, within homecare/domiciliary care - essential
- Holds or is working towards an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management
- Has a full UK driving licence – essential
- Has strong leadership and people-management skills
- Is confident networking and building professional relationships
- Is commercially minded and motivated to grow a service
- Can lead from the front and isn't afraid to get involved
- Is organised, proactive and able to work independently
- Has a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care
- Wants the opportunity to build their own success alongside the growth of the branch
