Door Supervisors Required – Live Music & Festivals
We are looking to expand our team of experienced, professional and reliable security staff for upcoming festivals, live music events and outdoor events across the UK.
We have a strong background within the live events industry and are particularly passionate about festival security, front-of-stage pit work and live music environments.
The Role
Depending on the event and your experience, duties may include:
- Front-of-stage / pit security
- Crowd management and monitoring
- Entry and exit control
- SIA security and access control
- Backstage and restricted-area security
- Artist and production-area security
- Responding professionally to incidents and welfare concerns
- Supporting event management and other security teams
- Maintaining a professional but approachable presence with members of the public
- Assisting with safe ingress and egress
- Following event-specific briefings, risk assessments and operating procedures
Who We're Looking For
We're particularly interested in staff who genuinely enjoy working festivals and live events.
We want people who take pride in the job, enjoy being part of a strong team and understand that good event security is about much more than simply standing in a position.
Ideally, you'll be:
- SIA Door Supervisor licensed
- Reliable and punctual
- Confident but approachable
- Professional when dealing with customers, clients and artists
- Comfortable working long festival/event shifts
- Able to remain calm in busy or challenging situations
- A strong team player
- Willing to travel for events where required
- Passionate about live events and providing a high standard of security
Previous festival, live event or pit experience is highly desirable, although we are also interested in the right people who want to develop their experience within this area.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £13.50-£15.00 per hour
