Heating/Installation Engineer
Job description
William Smith Heating are a local Glasgow Based company currently looking for fully qualified gas service engineers. Must have experience in servicing and maintenance of domestic boilers and heating systems.
Required minimum gas qualifications CCN1, CEN1, CKR1, HTR1. Full time position within the company.
Vehicle (full clean driving licence preferable) and uniform provided.
Responsibilities:
To efficiently maintain a wide product range of Worcester Bosch products.
To ensure all relevant documentation is completed and returned as required.
To communicate effectively at all levels and feedback any relevant information to improve customer service.
To offer assurances to the customer, whomsoever they are, whilst educating them as to the appliance specifications and user instructions thereafter diplomatically conveying any concerns regarding the installation.
To promote a lasting professional image of the company at all times by providing customer satisfaction.
Basic understanding of heating designs and repair.
Excellent communications skills both written and verbal and be computer literate.
Able to work under own initiative and is flexible and adaptable.
