What You’ll Do
As an SME Sales Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring new clients are onboarded quickly and efficiently so they can start trading without delay. Working closely with Sales, Business Accounts, and external partners, you’ll help remove onboarding barriers, improve processes, and ensure clients have a smooth start with Evri.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure clients transition onto Evri systems quickly and efficiently
- Apply pricing structures and credit terms to Business Accounts
- Liaise with third-party providers (e.g. P2G) to ensure correct traffic and setup
- Identify and resolve onboarding delays, feeding insights back into the business
- Manage client setup processes including Client IDs and system access across internal teams
- Confirm start dates and ensure first collections are completed as planned
- Align sales pipeline stages with onboarding progress
- Produce reports on pipeline, trading performance, and volume forecasting
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve onboarding and add commercial value
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a sales support or sales administration role
- At least 1 year of commercial experience within a similar industry
- Understanding of the eCommerce and SME marketplace
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and IT systems
- Highly organised, proactive, and driven to succeed
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Customer-focused with the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders
