Morning Cleaner required Sunday mornings
The hours are generally between 7.30am-10.30am
Regular shift every Sunday
Contracted hours will be 3 hours per week
Permanent Contract
Pay is negotiable depending on experience and performance
Pay will be reviewed after probationary period
Enhanced weekend rates
You will also have the opportunity to pick up additional shifts during every 4 week period if desired
Option to take additional shifts if desired to cover colleagues pre-booked annual leave
You may also have the option to cover colleague sick leave if the need arises

- Previous experience housekeeping and cleaning services in a similar venue is essential
- Good communication skills are essential
- Liaising with management and maintenance team to report any visible repairs
- Work along side the team to ensure the venue is ready for opening each day to ensure our customers receive the best possible experience
- Ensuring that cleaning products are used correctly and safely following legislation and regulations
- You should be competent to follow health and safety measures
- You will also be required to assist with keeping the store clean and tidy
- Regular shifts every Sunday

Position Purpose: We are looking for likeminded people to join our outstanding housekeeping team. The role includes performing a variety of cleaning activities such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing. Ensuring all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards. Protecting equipment and making sure there are no inadequacies or faults.
Job Summary: As a key member of the Bowgie team, our Housekeeping Staff are expected to uphold a high standard of cleanliness throughout the premises. The Housekeeping Staff must be able to work efficiently as part of a team and individually. They must also pay attention to detail throughout their work, providing job satisfaction for themselves and other members of the team.
Main Purpose of Job
· To ensure all public areas, entrances, dining areas and staff areas, as required, throughout the pub are cleaned to a high standard
· Clean restrooms and toilets to a high standard
· Take pride in the cleanliness and tidiness at the Bowgie
Main Duties and Responsibilities
· Cleaning all floors, seating, furnishings, tables and shelves
· Dusting and polishing all fittings, ornaments and pictures
· Cleaning and disinfecting all toilet areas
· Adhering to cleaning rota as allocated by Management
· Monitoring cleaning supplies and alerting Management when stock required
· Reporting any necessary repairs or replacements required
· Cleaning mirrors and other glass surfaces
· Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste
· Keep bathrooms stocked with toilet roll & soap
Rules and Procedures
· Adhere to all Health & Safety guidelines
· Report any rip, trip, and slip hazards to maintenance
· Work in accordance with the COSHH Act 2002
· Ensure all deliveries are taken through the back of the premises, so as not to disrupt customers
· Work in accordance with the Food Safety and Hygiene Act 2013
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
