Self-Employed End of Tenancy Cleaner / Cleaning Subcontractor
Kasia Cleaning Limited is looking for reliable, experienced self-employed cleaning contractors to join our growing network across Birmingham.
This is flexible subcontract work for experienced cleaners who want to take on End of Tenancy, Deep Cleaning and Property Preparation jobs that suit their availability.
There are no guaranteed hours. Jobs are offered as they become available, and you are free to accept or decline work depending on your availability.
Essential Requirements
- Self-employed, operating through a Limited Company, or willing to register as self-employed
- Minimum 6 months’ End of Tenancy Cleaning experience
- Reliable transport to travel to jobs across Birmingham
- Own cleaning equipment and products preferred
- Public Liability Insurance, or willingness to obtain it before starting work
- Smartphone with WhatsApp
- Willingness to use our internal app for job updates and uploading before & after photos
- Excellent attention to detail
- Right to work in the UK

- Professional oven cleaning
- Kitchen degreasing
- Carpet cleaning
- Upholstery cleaning
- Property preparation for new tenants

Pay
Pay depends on experience, equipment and the type of work being completed.
Some jobs are paid hourly, while others are offered on a fixed-price subcontract basis.
