Receptionist (Full Time)
Albert Road Dental Practice has proudly served the Evesham community for over 100 years, providing high-quality dental care in a friendly and welcoming environment.
We are looking for a warm, organised and professional Receptionist to join our supportive team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in ensuring every patient receives a friendly and positive experience.
While this is advertised as a full-time position, part-time applications will also be considered for the right candidate.
Hours
Full-time hours are:
· Monday to Thursday: 8.15 am – 5.15 pm
· Friday: 8.15 am – 4.45 pm
· Rostered late evenings until 7.00 pm on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the practice.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
· Welcoming patients and visitors.
· Managing appointments using our Dentally practice management software.
· Answering telephone and email enquiries.
· Registering patients and maintaining accurate records.
· Taking payments and processing financial transactions.
· Supporting dentists and colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the practice.
· Maintaining confidentiality and delivering excellent customer service at all times.
Previous reception or customer service experience is desirable. Experience in a dental or healthcare setting, or knowledge of Dentally, would be an advantage, although full training will be provided.
