We are a small, family-run independent estate agency looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Negotiator to join our growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a similar estate agency role who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting property viewings
- Providing vendor feedback
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
- Building strong relationships with clients
- Assisting with sales progression where required
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in estate agency/property sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, organised and self-motivated
- Professional appearance and manner
- Full UK driving licence preferred
