We have an exciting opportunity as a Room Leader to work with our 2-3 year old children at our nursery Emmer Green Kindergarten.

This exciting role will involve;
- Ensuring a high standard of care giving children individual attention so that their social, emotional, and intellectual needs are fully nurtured.
- Learning and developing your skills to assist in delivery of our 'learning through play’ and 'in the moment planning' educational ethos
- Developing inclusive learning environment which are stimulating for children
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with parents and carers, team members and children,
- Ensuring that children’s welfare is a priority by using the nurseries safeguarding procedures to support you.
As well as being a motivated and positive person you will also need to have a full and relevant Level 3 Early years Educator (Nursery Nurse) qualification and have work experience in Early years settings.
