We are recruiting for a front of house Security Officer / Concierge based at one of our Blue Chip clients in the North East.
This is a prestigious role and candidates must be of smart appearance, punctual, reliable and articulate.
All candidates must be computer literate, able to file reports & daily logs and work in a fast-paced environment. Front of house role, so need excellent customer service and previous experience

Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Operate and monitor CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities.
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, providing first aid when necessary.
- Assist in loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and daily activities.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when required and uphold all safety regulations.
- Ensure proper use of driving skills when transporting individuals or equipment as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid driving licence
- Proficiency in computer literacy
- Strong surveillance skills
- Experience in loss prevention strategies
- Familiarity with CCTV systems
- Certification in first aid
- Ability to respond effectively to emergencies
- Excellent observational and communication skills
