Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Nursery Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our vibrant early childhood education facility. Duties
- Lead and manage the nursery team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure excellent childcare delivery.
- Oversee daily nursery operations, including planning activities that promote early childhood development and learning.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards related to childcare and early education.
- Build strong relationships with parents and guardians through transparent communication and regular updates on their children’s progress.
- Coordinate staff schedules, recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a high-performing team.
- Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, development milestones, and health information.
- Foster an inclusive and positive environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and social skills among children.
Skills
- Proven management and leadership skills with experience leading a team in a childcare or nursery setting.
- Extensive knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices.
- Experience working directly with children in a childcare or nursery environment.
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively liaise with staff, parents, and regulatory bodies.
- Childcare qualifications or certifications relevant to nursery management are highly desirable.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping.
- Valid driving license may be required for transportation or home visits as needed.

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,803.77 per year
