Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their visit
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Prepare food items in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
- Assist with barista duties, including coffee preparation and serving beverages
- Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Manage time effectively to meet the demands of a busy service environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- Knowledge of food safety practices is required
- Barista experience is essential
- Strong serving skills with a focus on customer service excellence
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and order calculations
- Excellent time management abilities to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
