ROLE: Multi Skilled Engineer / Fabric Engineer
HOURS: 4 on 4 off, night shift (7 PM to 7 AM)
LOCATION: Heathrow Airport

We're looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer / Fabric Engineer who will deliver excellent service standards while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to maintenance schedules.
Role Responsibilities

Deliver building fabric maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, decorating, and patch repairs.

Carry out minor mechanical and electrical repairs, as well as planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities.

Maintain inspection logs, remedial reports, and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders.

Complete building fabric tasks such as door repairs, ceiling tile replacements, tiling works, and gutter clearance.

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation, company policies, and maintain all tools and equipment in good condition.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role:

Previous experience within facilities management, maintenance, or building services environments.

Trade background or demonstrable experience working in a similar maintenance role.

Basic electrical and/or plumbing knowledge with the ability to undertake a range of maintenance tasks.

Manual handling certification and the ability to work at heights and within confined spaces where required.

Strong communication skills and IT literacy, with the ability to accurately record tasks and provide status updates.
