Hours: 46 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Night Shifts – 8:00pm to 7:30am
Weekend Work Expected: Every other weekend, with flexibility to cover annual leave
Rate of pay: £12.75 per hour

As a Night Care Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents feel safe, comfortable, and supported throughout the night. Your presence and reassurance can make a real difference during the quieter hours when compassionate care matters most.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting residents with personal care, mobility, and toileting needs during the night
- Carrying out regular wellbeing and safety checks
- Responding promptly to call bells and residents' requests for assistance
- Providing comfort, reassurance, and emotional support to residents who may be anxious or unsettled
- Working closely with nurses and senior staff to deliver high-quality person-centred care
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or changes in residents' wellbeing
- Helping to create a calm, safe, and peaceful environment throughout the night
