Duties
- Assisting service user`s with personal care.
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements.
- Administer medication following prescribed guidelines and document accordingly.
- Support service user`s with activities of daily living, including light housekeeping tasks.
- Escorting service users to appointments or activities outside the home as required.
Skills
- Good communication skills for effective interaction with service user`s, families, and healthcare professionals
- Capable of managing challenging behaviours with patience and professionalism
