About the Role:
We're looking for a hands-on, detail-focused Packing Room Operative to join our busy packing team. You'll play a key part in making sure every customer order leaves us looking exactly as it should - accurately packed, well presented, and ready for a smooth journey to its destination.

Key Responsibilities:
Order Packing
- Packing customer orders to daily targets and brand presentation standards
- Checking items against packing slips or digital order systems for accuracy
- Using the right packaging materials to protect products in transit
Labelling & Documentation
- Printing and applying shipping labels, inserts, and other order documentation
- Making sure every package is correctly labelled and dispatch-ready
Quality Control
- Inspecting items before packing to catch defects or damage
- Flagging any stock or packaging issues through the correct process
Stock & Materials
- Keeping an eye on packing supplies (boxes, fillers, tape, labels) and letting supervisors know when stock is running low
- Handling stock carefully to protect product quality
Teamwork
- Communicating clearly with colleagues, supervisors, and warehouse staff
- Pitching in to support the team during busy periods
Health & Safety
- Following health and safety procedures, including correct manual handling
- Keeping your workstation and the wider packing area clean and organised
Productivity
- Hitting individual and team KPIs for speed, accuracy, and quality
- Staying flexible as order volumes and priorities change
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or packing environment is a bonus, but not essential
- A sharp eye for detail and pride in doing things properly
- The ability to work quickly without cutting corners on accuracy
- Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
- Comfortable using basic packing tools, printers, and internal systems
Working Hours:
- 42.5 hours per week (flexibility between 07:00 and 17:00)
- Monday to Friday (Weekends with advanced notice)
