We are seeking a talented and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and possess the skills necessary to enhance the beauty and confidence of our clients. As a Beautician, you will be responsible for delivering a range of beauty treatments while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Duties
- Provide high-quality beauty services, including skincare treatments also including electrical facials, nail extensions, manicures, pedicures including gel and BIAB and eyelash extensions.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalised recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised and in good condition.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to deliver innovative services.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Handle client inquiries and feedback professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Beauty Therapy or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred.
- Level 3 or equivalent in beauty therapy.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- A friendly demeanour with a passion for helping clients look and feel their best.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
- Additional qualifications or certifications in beauty therapy or cosmetology are advantageous but not mandatory.
