Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily bar activities, ensuring smooth service flow and excellent guest experiences
- Lead and motivate bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to deliver outstanding service and quality standards
- Oversee food and drink preparation, including cocktails, bar snacks, and light food items, maintaining consistency and presentation excellence
- Manage inventory levels of beverages, garnishes, and food supplies; place orders as needed to prevent shortages
- Enforce food safety regulations and cleanliness standards across the bar area
- Train new team members on food production techniques, serving protocols, and safety procedures
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and foster a lively atmosphere
Qualifications
- Proven management or supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong background in food production, cooking, serving, and food preparation techniques
- Experience working in a bar environment with barista skills preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in hospitality operations
- Leadership qualities with the ability to supervise teams effectively and foster a positive work environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Prior restaurant or kitchen experience demonstrating culinary expertise and hospitality excellence
