Barristers is looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead our beautiful restaurant and take the business to the next level.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands quality dining, outstanding service and the importance of building strong relationships with both guests and team members.
We're looking for someone who:
Has proven experience in quality dining and hospitality
Is a natural people person with excellent communication skills
Can lead, inspire and develop a team
Understands the importance of managing both upwards and downwards
Has strong organisational and commercial awareness
Is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
