The hours required are up to 36 hours a week which will include all day Monday 8:00am - 6:00pm with the rest to be discussed with the successful candidate (s).
Due to promotion of a team member an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Care Navigator to join our team. We are seeking a hardworking, reliable and enthusiastic medical receptionists to join our existing team. You will be the first point of contact for our patients and so will need to be friendly, empathetic and willing to have a holistic approach to healthcare and go the extra mile for patients when necessary.
Previous medical receptionist/care navigator experience is essential. The role is predominantly focused on patient care and communication, which at times, can be very challenging but also very rewarding. The successful applicant must be able to cope well under pressure, be able to communicate well and be efficient in IT medical systems.
We will require the successful applicant to be flexible to cover annual leave and sickness. Hours may include infrequent evenings until 8.00 pm and Saturday's, although these hours may change according to business needs.
Duties will include call handling, front of house Reception, liaising with the clinicians, dealing with day to days tasks, prescriptions management and other administrative tasks as required.
Applicant must possess both Maths and English GCSE qualifications. A detailed job description is available on request.
