Remote, UK-Based
At Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA, we're looking for a Manager - Hotel Technology to take ownership of technology governance across our growing portfolio of hotels throughout the EMEA region. This is a high-visibility role with the opportunity to influence major technology decisions, partner with some of the world's leading hotel brands, and play a key role in supporting hotel growth, transitions and transformation initiatives. Based remotely anywhere in the UK, you'll work with stakeholders across multiple countries and hotel brands, helping ensure our technology estate remains secure, compliant, commercially effective and future-ready.
This is a varied role that combines strategic oversight, stakeholder management and programme delivery.
You'll lead relationships with major brand partners including Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Accor and Hyatt, ensuring our hotels remain aligned with brand technology requirements and successfully deliver technology initiatives. You'll oversee property management system migrations, system integrations and infrastructure refresh programmes, helping hotels adopt new technology with minimal disruption to guests and operations.
You'll also support new hotel openings and hotel transitions, managing the technology workstream from planning through to implementation. As the senior escalation point for technology issues, you'll bring together hotels, suppliers, brands and internal teams to resolve challenges quickly and effectively while maintaining a strong focus on security, compliance and risk management.
Alongside operational delivery, you'll shape hotel technology investment plans, building compelling business cases that help owners make informed decisions about future technology investments.
You'll bring experience of managing technology projects and stakeholder relationships within a multi-site environment, ideally across hospitality, leisure, travel or a similarly complex operational business. Experience of working with hotel technology systems, vendor management, infrastructure planning, PMS implementations or technology transformation programmes will be highly advantageous.
Just as important is your ability to build trusted relationships, navigate competing priorities and communicate with confidence at all levels. You'll be someone who enjoys solving problems, influencing decisions and driving projects through to successful delivery.
We're particularly interested in candidates who have experience working with hotel technology ecosystems across branded environments, including PMS platforms, infrastructure lifecycle management, supplier governance and large-scale technology change programmes, and who can confidently balance operational needs with commercial outcomes.
As the world's leading third-party hotel management company, Aimbridge offers a unique opportunity to work across an extensive portfolio of internationally recognised hotel brands and independent properties. You'll join a business that is growing, evolving and investing in technology to support future success.
This role offers genuine scope to influence strategy, work with senior stakeholders across the business, and play a pivotal role in how technology supports our hotels, guests and owners across the EMEA region.
If you're looking for a role where technology, commercial thinking and hospitality come together, we'd love to hear from you.
