In this role, you will:
- Design and deliver tailored learning experiences that meet the individual needs of each pupil.
- Plan, evaluate, and adapt sessions to ensure progress toward clearly defined personal and academic targets.
- Enjoy a high level of autonomy and flexibility, allowing you to bring your creativity, initiative, and expertise to the forefront.
- Work in a supportive, pupil-centred environment, with access to a school vehicle to facilitate off-site learning where appropriate. Recognised relevant NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
