We provide highly skilled staff into complex environments, supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and behaviours that challenge.
This is not standard agency work, this is specialist, outcome-driven support.
The Opportunity
We are expanding and seeking experienced professionals across all levels, including:
- Outreach & Residential Practitioners
- Senior Practitioners / Team Leaders
- Deputy Managers
- Registered Managers (interim & long-term opportunities)
You will be deployed into services requiring structure, leadership, and consistency, including:
- Complex and high-risk placements
- Crisis intervention and stabilisation packages
- New service setups and transitions
- Services requiring cultural or practice improvement
Your Role
Depending on your level, you will:
Practitioners
- Deliver direct, high-quality support (1:1, 2:1 and up to 6:1)
- Implement Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and person-centred strategies
- Support emotional regulation, routines, and community engagement
Senior Practitioners / Team Leaders
- Lead shifts and provide on-the-ground guidance
- Support staff with practice, de-escalation and consistency
- Ensure accurate recording and adherence to care plans
Deputy & Registered Managers
- Provide operational leadership and oversight
- Support or lead service stabilisation and improvement
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted/CQC standards
- Manage staff performance, audits, and quality assurance
- Embed a positive, therapeutic culture within services
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking individuals who:
- Have proven experience in:
- Children’s residential care
- Supported living and/or outreach
- Understand:
- Autism and sensory needs
- Behaviour as communication
- Trauma-informed approaches
- Can work under pressure and lead by example
- Are confident stepping into challenging or developing services
- Demonstrate professional curiosity, accountability, and resilience
Essential Requirements
- Relevant experience for the role you are applying for
- For leadership roles:
- Previous management or supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (Ofsted/CQC)
- Full UK driving licence (essential for outreach roles)
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship offered)
