Endurance Health Recruitment is proud to support our client in their search for a dedicated Registered Manager to lead their domiciliary care service in Slough. Our client is committed to delivering exceptional care and enhancing the quality of life for their clients.
The Role
In this pivotal position, you will oversee the daily operations of the home care service, delivering over 800 hours of care per week, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and driving growth. Your leadership will foster a positive environment for both clients and care professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the domiciliary care service
- Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing care team
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of care professionals
- Ensure excellence in care delivery, compliance, and quality standards
- Conduct care planning, assessments, audits, and recruitment processes
- Promote a positive and values-driven workplace culture
- Support business growth and service development initiatives
About You
- Experienced in a leadership role within a domiciliary/home care setting
- Passionate about delivering outstanding care
- Strong people management and team development skills
- Knowledgeable in care planning, compliance, and auditing
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Thrives in a dynamic and varied environment
