Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive business growth. Your proactive approach and strong organisational skills will help coordinate campaigns, analyse market trends, and communicate effectively across teams. Duties
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and social media., and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office tools.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives and project milestones.
- Manage administrative tasks related to project management, including scheduling meetings, maintaining documentation, and tracking campaign performance metrics.
- Prepare detailed reports using Microsoft Excel to analyse campaign results, sales data, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure clarity of objectives and progress updates.
Requirements
- Proficiency in both English and Maths (GCSEwith excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organsational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently within tight deadlines.
- Analysis skills to interpret data insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations.
- Knowledge of IT systems relevant to marketing activities and digital tools.
- Experience or understanding of B2B (business-to-business) marketing environments is desirable.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
- Excellent time management skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Degree, HNC or qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or English.
- You will have Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, Linked and Facebook).
