K.R.S SECURITY LTD Are seeking professional and vigilant Door Supervisor to ensure the safety and security of of our venues staff, The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to respond swiftly to various situations. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where maintaining order and safety is paramount.
This is for a pub and is for weekends on Nights 19.00 to 00.00
Do not apply if you have not got pub experience must have the knowledge of what a Door Supervisor role entails working on pub.
£14.24 PAYE

Duties
- Monitor entrances and exits .
- Enforce venue policies and procedures, ensuring compliance by all visitors and staff
- Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, including providing first aid if required .
- Maintain a visible security presence to deter undesirable activity
- Record detailed incident reports accurately and promptly
- Assist with crowd control during busy periods or special events
- Conduct routine checks of the premises to identify hazards or security breaches
Skills
- Strong observational skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Ability to remain alert during long shifts and handle stressful situations effectively
- Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and respond quickly when needed
