Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic, practical and motivated individual to join our team at our main Truro store.
This role is to support the store on Saturdays, with potential for extra hours to support holiday cover/busy periods
This is a hands-on role combining customer service, merchandising and sales.
You will help customers visiting the store and support the store manager.
Responsibilities
* Greet customers and assist with enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
* Help customers find suitable furniture and support the sales process
* Assist store manager in maintaining attractive, well-organised furniture displays
* Price and label furniture accurately
* Answer telephone enquiries professionally and provide accurate information
* Work with other team members to achieve sales targets
Requirements
Essential:
* Reliable and punctual
* Good communication and customer service skills
Previous experience in furniture retail or general retail, would be an advantage but is not essential.
