IntroTeach/Cyfle Dysgu is a bilingual education recruitment agency, managed by teachers for teachers. Based in Gorslas, Cross Hands, South Wales, we provide quality-assured teachers and support staff to schools, drawing on the extensive teaching experience of our management team to meet the individual needs of schools.
We are now seeking an enthusiastic and organised Administrator to join our successful and growing business.

The Role
The successful applicant will provide administrative, marketing and communication support across the business. Responsibilities will include:
- Updating and maintaining the company website
- Developing new links, contacts and professional relationships
- Maintaining ongoing contact with universities, schools and teachers
- Updating and managing the company's social media channels
- Supporting marketing activities
- Creating and formatting documents using Microsoft Office
- Preparing and presenting information using tables, graphs and charts
- Using spreadsheets and formulas to manage and present data
- Providing general office administration and support
- Assisting with day-to-day office duties as required
About You
We are looking for an organised, reliable and proactive Administrator with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
You will ideally have:
- Proven administrative experience
- Good marketing skills and an understanding of promoting an organisation
- Experience of working with and updating websites
- Experience using social media professionally
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- A professional and friendly approach when communicating with schools, universities and teachers
Desirable Requirements
- Spoken and written Welsh
- Customer service experience
- Driving licence
Qualifications
- Minimum GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent) in English/Welsh and Mathematics
- A-Level or equivalent qualification preferred
