FUNDING & PARTNERSHIPS OFFICER (Female)
£28,374 - £29,520 per annum (Dependent upon qualifications and experience)
37 hours per week
Location: SWA Women’s Centre, Civic Centre, Riverside, Stafford

Staffordshire Women’s Aid is looking for a motivated individual with experience in fundraising and partnership development to help grow and sustain our vital services.
As Funding & Partnerships Officer, you will:
- Contribute to delivering our fundraising strategy by developing community initiatives, maximising donations, and building strong relationships with funders, donors and corporate partners.
- Engage with community groups, businesses, and the wider public to raise awareness of, and support for our work.
- Lead volunteer recruitment and induction, ensuring a positive and inclusive experience.
- Plan and attend events, meetings and campaigns, some of which take place outside office hours, including evenings and weekends.
This role is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to those living with, escaping or recovering from the impacts of domestic and sexual violence and abuse in Staffordshire.
A driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential requirements, as the role involves travel across Staffordshire
A large part of our services are run by women for women. This role is open to female applicants only as permitted under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010. The post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act.
