Registered Midwife with current NMC registration and qualified PMA
Extensive experience in maternity services across a variety of settings
Strong leadership and management skills with experience leading teams and change
In-depth knowledge of clinical quality, safety, and governance frameworks
Ability to deliver and embed the A-EQUIP model effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
Experience of quality improvement, audit, and service development
Ability to analyse and interpret data to inform practice and improvement
