We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our team as supervisor at our vibrant and popular establishment located in the heart of Shipton Moyne, Tetbury.

Responsibilities:
- Act as host for customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly, offering menu suggestions and catering to any dietary preferences or requirements.
- Serve food and beverages to tables with precision and attention to detail, ensuring all orders are correct and presented beautifully.
- Maintain a clean and organised dining area at all times, including clearing tables, replenishing supplies, and re-setting tables for the next guests.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests, providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or complaints professionally.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of food and drinks.
- Daily management of the restaurants and bar
- Handle cash and process payments accurately, utilising our point-of-sale system efficiently.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in accordance with relevant health regulations and guidelines.
- Have to ability to cash up and close down a shift in a progressive and detailed manner.
- Operate and manage both our main pub restaurant and our chalet pizza restaurant
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is required.
- Cellar Training / Understanding

- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- A passion for food and beverage, with a keen interest in improving not only the business but themselves.
- Knowledge of working with accommodation is preferred but not essential
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends.
Salary and Benefits:
- £25,500 based on a 35 hour contract
