We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations within our vibrant establishment. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to foster a motivated and efficient team
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain consistency and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards across all areas of the restaurant
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control effectively
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to promote customer satisfaction
- Organise staff meetings and training sessions to uphold service excellence and culinary standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff on food production, menu planning, and special event catering
- Maintain a welcoming environment that reflects the restaurant’s brand values
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively
- Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and serving techniques
- Background in culinary arts or food production is highly desirable
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene management
- Experience in hospitality management, including kitchen experience or hotel background, is advantageous
- Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to oversee multiple operational aspects simultaneously
- Knowledge of barista experience or bar management is a plus
- Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail in service delivery and quality assurance
