The Bear Tattenhall is a premium countryside gastropub, renowned for outstanding food, quality drinks, and warm, genuine hospitality. We're looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our Front of House team and become part of an ambitious business that's continually growing.
This is much more than a serving role. You'll receive full cross-training across both our restaurant floor and bar, giving you the opportunity to develop a wide range of hospitality skills while working in a supportive and professional environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering outstanding customer service from the moment guests arrive until they leave.
- Providing knowledgeable food and drink recommendations.
- Taking food and drink orders accurately using our EPOS system.
- Serving food and beverages to a high standard.
- Preparing and serving a range of premium drinks, cocktails, wines, beers and coffees.
- Supporting the smooth running of both the restaurant floor and bar.
- Maintaining exceptional cleanliness and presentation throughout the venue.
- Working closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure every guest receives an outstanding experience.
- Helping us maintain the high standards that The Bear is known for.
Cross Training
