About the Role:
At LMB Total Home, we specialise in residential refurbishments, bespoke joinery, kitchen installations, timber frame, and Passive House/energy-efficient builds.
Due to expanding operations and project management contracts across the North West, we are looking for an experienced, highly skilled Joiner / Multi-Trader to work alongside our lead carpenter on site. You will be working on residential projects, custom joinery fits, and high-performance builds.
Key Responsibilities:
- 1st & 2nd Fix Joinery: Internal doors, architraves, skirting, floor joists, stud walls, scribing, and timber framing.
- Kitchen installations, custom wardrobes, and high-end feature paneling.
- Multi-trade skills (Bonus): Basic plaster patching, drylining, basic plumbing/prep work, or tiling when needed on refurb projects.
- Working cleanly, safely, and maintaining a high standard of finish on every job.
What We Are Looking For:
- Self-employed & CIS Registered (Valid UTR number required).
- Proven experience in joinery/carpentry (Time-served or NVQ Level 2/3 equivalent).
- Full set of clean tools + transport.
- High attention to detail: You take pride in sharp scribes, clean joints, and neat workmanship.
- Punctual, reliable, and honest: Someone who can work independently or in a team without being micromanaged.
- Good communication skills & customer-facing professionalism.
