We are currently recruiting for Plasterers to join our MoD Housing team. This is a full time, permanent role covering properties across Aldershot, Winchester and Andover and you will be responsible for carrying out plastering works including reinstatements and painting works following repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out plastering works including skimming, patching, rendering, and dry lining
- Complete reinstatement works following reactive maintenance tasks
- Undertake painting and finishing works where required
What are we looking for?
- NVQ L2 or 3 in plastering or equivalent experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to complete and pass security clearance
