Treatment Coordinator | Full Time | New Road Dental Practice
New Road Dental Practice, a top 1% Invisalign provider and state of the art clinic in Croxley Green, is looking for a confident, proactive and organised Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, helping patients move forward with treatment and contributing to the growth of one of the country's leading Invisalign practices. Full training provided.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll act as the key link between patients and the clinical team, guiding patients through their treatment journey from first enquiry to starting treatment.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and discussing treatment plans with patients
- Reactivating outstanding treatment plans and following up warm leads
- Turning diary gaps and enquiries into booked appointments
- Supporting Invisalign and implant consultations and treatment conversions
- Managing patient communication, follow ups and administrative tasks
- Running scanning workflows (iTero experience beneficial)
- Taking consultation deposits and chasing outstanding payments
- Liaising with clinicians to ensure smooth patient journeys

- Are confident speaking to patients over the phone and in person
- Have a proactive and organised approach
- Enjoy helping patients commit to treatment and improving their confidence

REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong spoken and written English
- Strong follow up and organisational skills
- Comfortable using CRM, booking or dental software systems
- Previous dental, healthcare, sales or customer facing experience is highly beneficial
- Chairside, scanning or iTero experience is a bonus
- Right to work in the UK
TRAINING AND SUPPORT
Full hands on training will be provided in:
- Invisalign consultation and treatment workflows
- Patient communication and conversion
- iTero scanning and case presentation
- Lead follow up and diary management
