Warehouse Operative
As we continue to grow our business, we now require a dedicated Warehouse Operative. The successful candidate will report to the Transport & Warehouse Manager and will:
- Safely operate counter-balance forklifts, to move, load, unload, stack and store goods on warehouse racking systems;
- Select items for delivery and load on to vehicles, ensuring all items are accounted for;
- Adhere to all company protocols and statutory requirements;
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment.
Essential Requirements
The successful candidate will possess:
- A valid Fork-Lift Truck (Counter Balance) license;
- The right to work in the UK and Republic of Ireland.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be an effective communicator and an essential team player. This is a full-time, permanent position. Flexibility, together with the ability and willingness to work overtime (when required) are both essential.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience of working in a busy warehouse;
- A valid Fork-Lift Truck (Reach) license;
- A valid HGV license.
