We need someone who thrives in the high-energy environment of a bustling city-centre kitchen! We are all about delivering bold flavours, quality food, and memorable dining experiences – and we’re looking for a chef who takes pride in what they put on the plate.
What You’ll Do:
- Work alongside our kitchen team to prep and deliver dishes to a high standard.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in a busy kitchen.
- Support the team in delivering a smooth and efficient service, especially during peak times.
- Contribute ideas and feedback to help shape menus and specials.
- Follow food safety procedures and uphold kitchen standards.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a busy kitchen environment (commis chef / line chef)
- A passion for food, attention to detail, and a can-do attitude.
- Strong team player with great communication skills.
- A calm and positive approach under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time, Permanent
Pay: Competitive

Expected Schedule: 8-10 hour shifts, including evenings and weekends
