- Painting and decorating void properties
- Domestic painting and decorating
- Commercial painting projects
- Surface preparation and finishing to a high standard
- Previous painting and decorating experience
- Own transport
- Own tools
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently
- High standard of workmanship and attention to detail
- Ongoing full-time work for the right person
- Payment under the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS)
