Lewis Home Renovations is a growing design, renovation and construction company based in Beaconsfield, delivering high-quality residential projects across Buckinghamshire and the surrounding areas.
Our projects range from luxury bathrooms and kitchens through to full property renovations, structural alterations, extensions and complete home transformations.
We provide our clients with a coordinated service covering consultation, design, product sourcing, supply, installation and project management, bringing together the different elements of a renovation through one experienced team.
As the business continues to grow, we are looking for a confident and highly organised Sales & Project Coordinatorto become a key part of our client and project journey.
The Role
This is a varied, client-facing position combining sales coordination, client relationship management and project administration.
You will often be one of the first points of contact for new clients and will play an important role in ensuring enquiries are professionally handled, qualified and progressed.
Once projects move forward, you will help coordinate the administrative and communication side of the project, working closely with our management team, designers, trades, suppliers and clients.
This is not a passive administrative role.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership, following up opportunities, speaking confidently with clients and suppliers, keeping projects organised and making sure actions do not get lost.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Coordination
- Respond to new enquiries received through telephone, email, website, WhatsApp and showroom visits
- Speak with prospective clients to understand their project requirements, timescales and expectations
- Qualify enquiries and gather the information required for the management team to assess potential projects
- Explain our consultation, design, supply, installation and project management services
- Arrange showroom appointments, consultations and site surveys
- Follow up prospective clients and outstanding quotations professionally
- Maintain contact with clients throughout the decision-making process
- Assist with converting qualified enquiries into consultations and confirmed projects
- Maintain accurate client and opportunity records within our CRM system
- Ensure every enquiry has a clear next action and follow-up
Project Coordination
- Support the management team with the day-to-day coordination of live renovation projects
- Maintain project records, schedules, client information and documentation
- Liaise with clients regarding appointments, selections, deliveries and project updates
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding quotations, specifications, availability, orders and lead times
- Assist with scheduling trades, surveys, deliveries and site appointments
- Track outstanding actions and ensure they are followed through
- Assist with product schedules, specifications and client selections
- Obtain and organise supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Monitor important project dates and flag potential delays or issues
- Help ensure information reaches the correct person at the correct stage of each project
- Support preparation of quotations, proposals and other client documentation
Showroom & Business Support
- Provide a professional and welcoming experience for clients visiting our Beaconsfield showroom
- Assist clients with initial product and service enquiries
- Coordinate appointments and maintain the showroom diary
- Liaise with our designers, suppliers, installers and management team
- Help maintain an organised and professional showroom environment
- Support the wider team with general business and project administration where required
What We're Looking For
The right person will be highly organised, commercially aware and confident communicating with people.
You should be someone who naturally follows things through rather than waiting to be reminded.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in sales coordination, project coordination, customer service, construction administration, interiors or a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management ability
- Confidence speaking with clients both by telephone and face-to-face
- A professional and personable manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Confidence following up prospective clients and progressing sales opportunities
- Ability to manage multiple clients, projects and priorities simultaneously
- Good general IT skills and confidence using CRM systems, email, spreadsheets and project documentation
- The ability to work independently while remaining part of a wider team
- A proactive approach — identifying what needs doing rather than waiting for instructions
Experience within residential construction, property renovation, kitchens, bathrooms, interiors or building products would be particularly advantageous, although we are equally interested in candidates with strong transferable experience.

Working Location
The role will primarily be based from our Beaconsfield showroom, with occasional visits to client properties, supplier showrooms and live projects where required.
For this reason, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be advantageous.
Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
