JT Anderson Transport Ltd is a well-established, family-run transport company specialising in HIAB and lorry loader transport throughout the UK. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a professional and reliable Class 1 HIAB Driver to join our team on a full-time basis.
The Role
As a Class 1 HIAB Driver, you will be responsible for the safe transportation and loading/unloading of a wide range of equipment using a lorry loader crane. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent customer service, and a strong commitment to safety.
Essential Requirements
- Full UK Class 1 (Category C+E) Driving Licence.
- Valid Driver CPC qualification.
- Valid ALLMI Lorry Loader qualification (or equivalent recognised accreditation).
- Valid ADR qualification (preferred).
- Applicants must be 25 years of age or over due to vehicle insurance requirements.
- A professional attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Good understanding of drivers’ hours, tachograph regulations and vehicle safety checks.
- Previous HIAB/lorry loader experience is highly desirable.
ADR Qualification
An ADR qualification is preferred; however, for the right candidate, we are willing to arrange and fund ADR training.
