Resident Liaison Officer
Established in 1988, Matthews and Tannert Ltd are plumbing, heating and electrical contractors that deliver whole house refurbishments projects for client across the Midlands and surrounding areas. We currently have a vacancy for an experienced resident liaison officer to join our team working on our various contracts. Primarily the suitable candidate will be based on a contract in the Buxton area.
We predominately carry out the following works within social housing properties:
- Kitchen and Bathroom Refurbishment
- Central Heating Installation and Upgrade works
- Adaptations works
Requirements
We require the candidate to work on social housing kitchen and bathroom contracts. The candidate will the first point of contact between us and the tenant. They will be required to carry out the following duties:
- Conduct a pre-works induction
- Daily telephone and face-to-face contact with tenant
- Liaising with site team regarding any site matters
Experience
Experience of working in the social housing sector.
Remuneration Package:
- Competitive Salary: Rates dependant on experience
