We are seeking to recruit a Repair & Warranty Support candidate to work within our Repair Team. This position is office-based and at our UK branch in Nelson, Lancashire.
The Role
As a member of the Repair Team you will be required to :
- Complete in-house repairs, services, and calibrations on the full range of TEXA products, including diagnostic tools and air-conditioning service stations, ensuring repair and maintenance procedures are followed.
- Complete relevant documentation to detail all information such as serial number(s), customer details, issues and faults recorded, test results, and necessary repairs to be completed.
- Raise quotations, delivery notes, and invoices on ERP systems.
- Prepare repaired products for dispatch, ensuring items are package safely, and all shipment paperwork is accurate.
- Develop knowledge and understanding of products, software, hardware, and testing for repair and maintenance procedures, fault finding, and vehicle testing.
The ideal candidate will be able to show :
- Previous experience working within a repair-based environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop and server operating systems.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
- A keen attitude towards learning and problem solving.
- Good administration skills (orderly files and methodical organisation)
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills in all methods.

Pay: £25,450.00-£26,500.00 per year
Experience:
- Equipment repair: 2 years (preferred)
- Computer repair: 2 years (preferred)
- Automotive repair: 2 years (preferred)
