Teaching Assistant

We're looking for a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a school in Hayes. Whether you're an experienced Teaching Assistant or have transferable experience working with children and young people, we'd love to hear from you!

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide classroom and 1:1 support, helping students engage with their learning.

Work closely with teachers and school staff to maintain a safe, positive and stimulating environment.

Support teachers with planning and delivering interactive and engaging lessons.

Build strong, positive relationships with students and provide encouragement and guidance.
We're looking for someone who:

Is available Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm.

Has at least 1 year's experience working with children.

Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or is willing to apply for one.

Is passionate, patient and enthusiastic about supporting children and young people.

Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Higher-level qualifications are preferred, although relevant experience and transferable skills will be considered.
