Responsibilities
- Providing guidance, coaching, and motivation to achieve sales
- Manage rental inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, maintenance, and timely replenishment of tools and equipment
- Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting clients with tool selection, rental processes, and technical support
- Promote sales opportunities
- Implement effective sales strategies to increase rental revenue and customer retention
- Maintain administrative records including rental agreements, inventory logs, and financial transactions with precision
