What you'll be doing:
- Keeping all areas of the nursery clean, tidy, and hygienic throughout the day
- ️ Following strict cleaning and safety procedures to protect children and staff
- Managing laundry, linens, and general housekeeping duties
- ️ Supporting kitchen and mealtime hygiene, including washing up and surface cleaning
- ️ Managing waste disposal and recycling responsibly
- Keeping stock of cleaning supplies and flagging when things need replenishing
- Working closely with the nursery team to keep everything running smoothly
What you'll need:
❤️ Pride in your work and great attention to detail
- Experience in a cleaning, housekeeping, or similar role (childcare setting preferred but not essential)
- ️ An understanding of hygiene and safety standards, or willingness to learn ours
- ️ Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
